With a proven track record in providing thought leadership and strategic advice, she has contributed to leading best practices and research in Centers of Excellence that include Economics, Project Management, and Public Safety.

As an advanced leader and coach, her experience in growing and leading effective teams, foster positive team culture, data-driven insights and developing and sharing best practices

Passionate about equality, diversity and inclusion, Tariro actively engages in initiatives on these issues and works with organizations such the Gomo Foundation, in advocating and supporting girl-child education in Africa.
